The focus group is a type of qualitative research. We ask groups of 6 – 8 consumers about their perceptions, ideas and opinions about products, packaging and concepts during interactive group discussions. These discussions are conducted by our trained moderators in our qualitative research facility in Ede, where our clients can observe the focus group discussion live in our viewing room. You will be amazed by the ideas that the consumers come up with to help further your process. If necessary, these group discussions can also be conducted online.
