Cloetta, a large manufacturer of confectionery and known for the Sportlife and Redband brands, among other things, has been working successfully with Essensor for years. During ‘The Road to Mie’ on 4 June, both companies gave a peek behind the scenes. Marjolein Dieleman, Group Brand Manager Refreshment at Cloetta and Mirjam van Mourik, Consumer and Sensory Insight Expert at Essensor explained in a digital seminar how such research takes shape. The Bakery Sweets Center recently published an interesting article through Clara Bloemhof. ‘Sensory own repurchase’, but of course we already knew that!
