Wageningen Food & Biobased Research (WFBR) and ESSENSOR have been officially working together since the end of last year and that tastes like more!
R&D Manager Annelies Dijk-Stroeve of WFBR and Research Director Wim Vaessen of ESSENSOR explain in a recent interview how both companies reinforce each other in Foodvalley Wageningen. “After the recent move from ESSENSOR to Foodvalley, both organizations are now located a stone’s throw from each other. And other prominent food companies with which our company works closely are now literally in “our backyard”, says Wim Vaessen.
