On March 9, ESSENSOR successfully organized a Sensory Masterclass for a select group of relations in our Research Center in the Food Innovation Academy in Vlaardingen.
Our expedition leaders Mirjam van Mourik and Wim Vaessen took the group on a journey through the wonderful world of sensory. And of course a compact odor test (the NOSE – Normative Odor Screening Essensor) was part of the journey.
