ESSENSOR PRESENT AT MIE 2022

The iconic mini clubman served as Essensor food truck at the MIE last week www.mie.nl

In a lecture, Alard Verhoef of Essensor and Rui-Paulo Cunha of Meatable presented their approach on how they think they can achieve excellent-tasting cultured cuts of meat in the future. Essensor’s role in sensory analysis is essential to help Meatable identify and quantify the differences between cultured meat and traditional meat.
