Breaking away from the office to get inspired. That was the idea of the ESSENSOR team day on April 13 with our core team in Buitenplaats Doornburgh in Maarssen.
The focus was on hospitality – how do we make a lasting difference day in and day out with our services to all our stakeholders? How do we stay as close as possible to our brand promise ‘You are welcome’? Hospitality expertLouis Meisen from We Design Food gave wise advice and food for thought during our lunch.
Furthermore we also paid attention on how to ensure work happiness in tomorrows workplace in close collaboration with Patrick van Hees, auteur oa De Geluksprofessor van Hees from the Chap Happiness Institute. They help organizations maximize the happiness potential of their employees, using the Cambridge Happiness Profiler (CHAP®).
