Expedition of taste

Essensor has a long tradition of providing trainings for manufacturers and retailers with a focus on the validity of decision making during the product development process. During those trainings, it became apparent that many product failures in the market could not be attributed to intrinsic product quality or to methods of testing but rather to the fact that several highly promising products had been discarded earlier in the process. Such decisions had been made during the many, often daily informal tasting sessions where product developers or marketers would get together and make quick judgments on product improvements.

This finding led Essensor to develop a training aimed at increasing the validity and reliability of those informal tasting sessions: The Expedition of Taste.

This one-day training is of a highly practical nature and the many examples and interactive exercises result in a lasting positive effect and a reduction of development time. More information: www.expeditionoftaste.com
