This week, Essensor held their ‘Heidedag’ (heath field day). This is held every quarter of the year.
During the day, the entire team comes together to discuss the current state of affairs and share ideas on how we can further improve Essensor. Because there is always room for improvement, especially in terms of quality.
Our colleagues Akshay Soekhlal and Chris Blanken also prepared a presentation on the consumer database. During this presentation, recent changes in our database were reviewed and the entire database was analyzed so that the entire team has a clear understanding of our database and we can respond to it in our subsequent actions.
The name “Heidedag” originates from the very first session, which took place on the heath fields. This year again, we have gained valuable new insights that we can use to further optimize Essensor.
